About Mighty Handy Restrooms
Hi, I’m Melita Hamilton, owner and founder of MH Trading Co Pty Ltd.
Aside from the obvious play on my initials, here is a little background behind the Mighty Handy trading name.
Having grown up on a remote bushland property in northern NSW, our outdoor “facilities” were quite literally a hole in the ground beneath a tin roof. Thankfully, outdoor amenities have come a very long way.
After many years working in the prefabricated building industry, and choosing to leave the city behind and settle in a quiet town a few hours from Brisbane.
From there, I established Mighty Handy Restrooms — an independently operated business built on genuine industry experience and a commitment to practical, high-quality solutions.
My focus is on delivering products that are functional, durable, and well presented, while keeping the business lean, efficient, and sustainable. By avoiding many of the overheads associated with larger companies, I’m able to operate more efficiently and provide better overall value for my customers.
